Hey friends, I have a new post up at the Hub up today. It’s a review of the audiobook version of Jumped by Rita Williams-Garcia. The book came out in 2009 and was a finalist for the National Book Award, and the audiobook version is a current nominee for YALSA’s Amazing Audiobook award. I’ve never reviewed an audiobook before (in fact I hardly ever listen to them, although I’m driving more and more these days so hopefully that will change), but I knew that Julia of Spine Label was on the Amazing Audiobooks committee, so I looked to her blog for a little guidance – sure enough, she had a nice post summing up what it is that makes an audiobook amazing.
I didn’t exactly liked Jumped, but I did appreciate it. Head over to the Hub to see the full review.
